The Cisco MEM-CIP-32M is the CIP 32 MB DRAM Option (Default) for the Cisco 7500 router series. A new or used MEM-CIP-32M Channel Interface processor card takes up a single slot in the router. One CIP card in a Cisco 7500 can support ten FDDI or 40 Token Ring connections. Therefore, adding a new surplus or pre-owned MEM-CIP-32M dramatically increases performance and reduces cost.
