Cisco's WS-C3560G-24PS-E is the Catalyst 3560 24 10/100/1000T Poe and 4 SFP Enhanced Image. This highly reliable Ethernet switch offers 24 ports with a total of four SFP (mini-GBIC) expansion slots. Security features include, among others, Cisco security VLAN ACLs (VACLs) on all VLANs prevent unauthorized data flows from being bridged within VLANs; port security secures the access to an access or trunk port based on MAC address; (IDS) to take action when an intruder is detected; Bidirectional data support on the Switched Port Analyzer (SPAN) port which allows the Cisco Secure Intrusion Detection System; and Secure Shell (SSH) Protocol Version 2. With 24 x RJ-45 10/100/1000Base-T and a single RJ-45 Console Management interface, the WS-C3560-24PS-E makes a significant difference in networking capabilities.
