The product is compatible with Cisco Unified Communications Manager Versions 5.0, 4.2, 4.1, 4.0, 3.3, and later, and Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express Versions 3.3 and 3.2, using the Skinny Client Control Protocol (SCCP) Compatible with Cisco Unified Survivable Remote Site Telephony (SRST) Version 2.0 and later. The CP-7920-FC-K9 has more than 24 adjustable ring tones as well.
