Designed to interface with the switch fabric in the router, a new or refurbished 4OC12/POS-IR-SC-B provides four OC-12c/STM-4c duplex SC single-mode and multimode connections. Because the connection is concatenated, this line card provides for increased efficiency by eliminating the need to partition the bandwidth.
