The WIC-2AM from Cisco Systems, is a two-port v.90 analog modem with a board ID of 800-08283-01. The WIC-2AM provides analog modem interfaces for low density apps such as dial backup, router management, and access. 56 Kbps (V.90) can be achieved when the peer is a digital modem (for example, a AS5XXX with a digital circuit such as a T1 or E1 line), but cannot be achieved when connecting to an analog modem. Cisco WIC-2AM supports Cisco 1700, 2600, 2600XM, 3620, 3640, 3660, 3661, 2691, 3725, and 3745.
