The Alpine Extreme 45012, or Alpine 3800 AC Power Supply; Includes power cord for US & Japan, is part of the award-winning Alpine 3800 Series Family of products. The Alpine 3800 Series Chassis Switches of high levels of security with protection against DoS attacks, Hardware based Layers 2 - 4 Access Control Lists (ACLs) at wire-speed, Network Login and 802.1x to authenticate and protect networks at the point of entry, and much more. Highly scalable, the Alpine 45012 uses Policy-Based Quality of Service (QoS) at wire-speed to allocate bandwidth and prioritize traffic. With hot-swappable I/O modules and fan trays and fully redundant, load-sharing, hot-swappable power supplies, the 45012 increases network availability.
